RETURNS & REFUNDS
Not satisfied with your purchase? Please contact us and ask for a return label and authorization #. Our customer service team will be happy to help you.
You can return your items if the following conditions are met:
- Items are returned within 7 days
- Items are unworn and still have original tags
- No returns on underwear
- You have a receipt or proof of purchase.
If all conditions are met, we will proceed with the refund after your package is received.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sales items are final sale.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

LOST AND DAMAGED ITEMS
BQ is not liable for damages incurred during transit. Goods damaged in transit are the responsibility of the shipping provider and we do not assume any liability for lost or damaged packages.
